Furry Friends Snack Pack is suitable for Guinea pigs and rabbits from 6 months of age. It is specifically formulated for the nutritional needs of adult Guinea pigs and rabbits. It also includes added vitamin C as Guinea pigs cannot produce it themselves.

Should I feed any vegetables or hay alongside my Furry Friends Snack Pack?

Absolutely! Forage is a very important part of Guinea pigs and rabbits diets. Access to hay (80-90% of their diet) promotes a healthy digestive system and wear on the continuously growing teeth. Vegetables will also provide necessary fibre and contribute to daily water intake. The Furry Friends Snack Pack will assist in forage intake and contains all essential vitamins and minerals. It's the perfect way to supplement the diet particularly if hay or vegetables are of limited availability.

How long will a 950g pack last my one guinea pig or rabbit?

Guinea pigs will eat approximately 20-30grams per head. Rabbits will eat 60 to 100g per head. Thus, 1 pack will last a Guinea pig 31 days (approx) and rabbits 10days (approx.)

The average chicken eats 130g per head per day. This treat mix should only be fed at no more than 10% of your flocks total diet. Thus 13g per head per day. One packet of 950g Nesty Peck N Frenzy would feed 10 chickens for a week or 73 birds in one sitting. It is the perfect, economical option without all the wastage you see from regular scratch mixes where chooks pick through for their favourite foods.
