Please note that this Limited Warranty complements and does not limit your statutory rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law. It's exclusively available to the original purchaser for products bought directly from and is non-transferable.

What issues are covered? 

NESTY's comprehensive Limited Warranty Policy ensures that:

  • Product Integrity: Your purchased product aligns with the descriptions, specifications, and representations provided to you.
  • Quality Assurance: On delivery, the product (excluding consumables and parts) is guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship defects for the warranty duration.
  • Functional Reliability: The product is warranted against defects that hinder its normal operation and functionality.

During the warranty period, should any issues arise due to material or workmanship defects, we commit to either repairing or replacing the necessary parts. Our team will conduct a thorough assessment to confirm warranty coverage. If covered, we'll decide the most effective solution, whether it be a repair, replacement part, or a new product, at no cost to you.


Our warranty policy also supports your initiative in servicing the product. If a replacement part is covered under the warranty and deemed replaceable by you, we'll promptly send it along with clear installation instructions. Some products, however, may need to be returned to us for repair or part installation.


In rare cases where a product can't be repaired under warranty, we will provide a replacement (same or comparable model). In such instances, the installation responsibility lies with you. Please note that any repair or replacement under this warranty specifically pertains to the defective part or product only.


Warranty Period:

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery to you.  This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of the product.

What Limited warranty doesn't cover:

The Nestyboxes Limited Warranty Policy excludes coverage for issues arising from:

  1. Ordinary Usage: Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  2. Assembly Issues: Improper assembly or disassembly.
  3. Non-Compliance with Instructions: Ignoring safety warnings, setup, operating instructions, or other guidelines.
  4. Unauthorized Modifications: Repairs, alterations, or modifications by individuals not approved by NESTY.
  5. Misuse and Accidents: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, abnormal handling, negligence, impacts, accidents and fire.
  6. Non-Covered Damages: The policy does not cover repair or replacement of any external property damaged by a defective product, nor does it cover lost time or loss of use.

Please note, this warranty strictly pertains to defects in the product itself and not to incidental or consequential damages or losses.

Products Damaged in Transit


We ensure all products are meticulously packaged and leave our warehouse in pristine condition, ready to reach you just the way they left us! In the rare instance that you encounter any damage during transit or discover a missing item in your delivery, please let us know promptly. For a swift resolution, kindly include your order information along with a clear photo or video of the damage. This will help us expedite the process of arranging a replacement for the affected part or product and facilitate our claim with the shipping carrier.
